1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

2. Delivery Time & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you have not received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us.
